About
The 2.5-day Masterclass is designed to improve your freediving performance with 3 dry workshops and 2 sea work sessions
These workshops are structured to provide a holistic approach to improving your freediving abilities, combining theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Alexey will approach in particular:
— The different mental techniques that he practiced and developed over the years and which propelled him to multiple world records.
— The breathing exercises that he has developed since his beginnings in freediving and that he has brought together in his Fundamental Breathing program
For whom
Minimum freediving practice: AIDA2, FFESSM Apneiste Eau Libre or equivalent
Medical certificate of absence of contraindication to the practice of freediving of less than year on the last day of the Masterclass
Bonus
There will be a bonus for freediving instructor trainees upon presentation of their AIDA, FFESSM, MOLCHANOVS, PADI, SSI card
